• Manufacturer warranty: 10 years (standard)
• Additional warranty: 2 extra years with Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor certification
• Labor warranty: 3 years, with mandatory preventive maintenance for the first 2 years
Sales Process:
For Homeowners:
• We begin with an in-person visit to assess your space and needs.
• We then recommend systems, provide a quote, and begin work after deposit confirmation.
For Builders:
• We evaluate the project plans.
• We provide a customized estimate and start upon approval and deposit.
Considerations:
• Final payment is due at project start.
• We do not perform duct cleaning or asbestos-related services.
